Well the bad luck continues!!!! This morning Derek got up and went and took his test! I got up with him and made him breakfast and coffee, and then went back to bed. Madisynn and I got up at 10am and then got ready to go to our playgroup. Now, anyone who has kids knows it is not easy to get yourself ready and a baby in 45 min, but it got done and got her all buckled, and went to turn the car on and oh SH*T it would not start. Can't call Derek he is in his test, so I go to the neighbor and ask if he could jump it! He comes over and says no it is the starter! I call around and find out that a starter is anywhere from $350 to $600!! In the mean time Derek comes home and tries to jump it and no it doesn't work. So we take him back to work and the tow truck comes and he tries to jump it, and it starts right away!!!! So he follows me somewhere to get the battery replaced to make sure it doesn't stall on us, and it costs $150 to get it fixed because it is an odd battery. Go figure! So lets see, Derek's flat tire, the fence blew down, the TV went caput and now my car! So if it goes in 3's we have TWO more to go!!

But the good news is Madisynn pulled up on the coffee table and cruised across it!! When we sit back and think of the bad luck we tend to have, we can't help but feel so very lucky at the same time to have the perfect little miracle that makes us laugh 24 hours a day! We love her to pieces, can you tell????
