I took Madisynn in to the doctor today! Her cold was getting worse, and with her starting swim lessons tonight, I did not want her having an ear infection!! Good thing, she just has a cold!! She really is a good baby when she is sick. I may have screwed up and started giving her her paci during the day and she has been screaming for it today!! We will see how that goes when she is not sick. I just feel so bad for her and I give in! I have her mattress elevated and a humidifier on, but she is still coughing so bad! The doc said we just have to tough it out.

Last night we had another Arkansas storm! I was nursing Madisynn when Derek came in and said "how do you have power? the whole other side of the house doesn't?" After looking he realized it was just the office that did not have power. He was wondering how (My husband, gotta love him, is not the normal fix it man.) I had to tell him it was probably a fuse, then he asked where is the fuse box at, I had to tell him, so he gets his work boots on, grabs an umbrella and a flash light, and he is in his pajamas! Too funny! I suprised him with a picture after he fixed it! And I must say he was so proud of himself for switching a fuse :)

But he is a great daddy!!!!
