Just wanted to give a quick update of our appt today! We got to hear the heart beat at a fast 154, which has me now thinking its a girl! I was thinking boy for a while, but who knows I am not good at telling! We have no preference, so as long as he/she is healthy we are happy. I have gained a total of 2 pounds, which still puts me 2 pounds below what I was at when I got pregnant with Madisynn, so that makes me happy! When the doctor put the doppler on the baby, the baby kept moving away and I could actually feel it. I had been thinking for the past week that I had been feeling it, but to actually hear it and feel it at the same time gave me the reassurance that I am for sure feeling the baby. He did finally catch the active little one, and it is the best sound in the world. Derek kept trying to get Madisynn to pay attention, but she was more into what the nurse was doing behind us, and didn't care about the baby. Go figure :) We made an appt for January 16th to find out the sex of the baby!! My mom will be joining us to find out!
I have been slacking on pictures, but promise there will be millions in the next couple of days!
